  Ava is doing great!!!! She gave her sister her 1st real hug last weekend yeah!!!

  For the last week & 1/2 Ava has finally started pooping on the potty!!!! yeah!!!! Now we have to work on getting her to stay dry through the night.

  Well we are @ a stand still w/ the potty training, Ava says "I pee in potty, Poop in diaper" The good news is when she does feel like she has to poop she will go an get a diaper and ask us to put it on, so she does not go an hide and poop in her pants...thank god!!!

  Well the potty training is still in progress, Ava says I pee on potty & poo in my diaper...I don't think she likes panties too much...everytime I put them on her she pees in them shortly after, but I just put pants on her w/ nothing else on she pees on the potty all the time :) she likes going comando :)
  This past weekend she has kicked the sippy cup @ bed time habit as well w/ no fuss @ all...woohoo...our little girl is growing up

  Ava had a wellness check up today and she weighed in @ 20 lbs on the nose...we finally have a 20 pounder : )

  There has not been much Potty action lately, but Ava was puttin' around w/ no diaper on and I told her if she needed to go pee or poop to go on the potty...and low & behold, she came out of the bathroom saying "Ava pooh pooh potty" I looked in and there was poop on the floor, so I said oh you missed and then I checked the potty and there was a bunch in the potty....woohoo Ava Pooh on the potty....way to go big girl!!!

  Well we are going into our 2nd week of Ava being in her big girl room.....we are amazed on how well this transition is going....when it is play time she is up and down from her bed, so she knows how to get off her bed but when it is bed time or nap time, she stays in her bed and when she wakes up she will call out to us, she stays in her bed till we come and take her out. We really couldn't be happier. As for her old room, we ask her who will sleep in the crib and she says "baby" : ) Ava you make Mommy & Daddy very proud!!! xoxox

  Well today we finished getting Ava's new bedroom together....all week she was fine to go in the room when it was empty but she was not to sure about it with everything in it. She would not go in & she did not want to even touch her bed....so we went for supper and when she was done I got her down from her chair and she made a bee line to her new room. She spent about 1/2 hr playing in her bed. Then when it was bed time....well....she was great!!!! She did not even get out of her bed once, she jibber jabbered for a little while but she was asleep w/in 20 mins. Lets hope she does not fall out of bed through the night, keep your fingers crossed : )
